Hot Shot was the budget label of the Goliath Group of Companies, based in Hong Kong. They sold original Bit Corp. and pirated titles from various companies under different names. It is possible that the Bit Corporation stood behind this, following their strategy releasing Atari 2600 games worldwide under both its own names and others.
